Hi, I'm Emma
I'm an interaction designer, facilitator and project manager. Passionate about the living world, I design and lead multi-stakeholders initiatives for the public interest and common goods.
Specialised in design thinking, I put human needs at the heart of solution development. My approach is systemic, with a focus on social innovation and public services — for the common good and the commons. I have experience designing serious games, collaborative tools and methodological kits, and an interest in more-than-human and prospective design.
Facilitation and synergy creation are my strengths. Bringing together people with diverging interests to collaborate constructively is where I thrive.
My added value
I’m a curious and creative mind with a realistic optimism and a drive to make things happen.
I thrive in communities, lead with empathy, and bring energy and commitment to everything I do.
For me, home is where people are and collaboration is where I do my best work.
"
At the moment,
Working two years at the European Space Agency (ESA), I led the redesign of the scientific directorate's website using design thinking, agile methods and strategic thinking.

Currently volunteering at the Campus de la Transition, I am looking for my next work placement.
As an empathetic human being inspired by the game culture, I want to drive social innovation by mobilising collective intelligence with collaborative tools.
I am looking to settle in Paris and around.
